these 2 husks are just sitting there without moving (at least on 1221, not sure about lp). If you really need / want the extra soul it isn't too bad to hit them once for 2 soul (takes about 0.7s). Note that hitting the rava afterwards becomes a bit more rng dependent.
i see a ton of runners fucking up bottom row, you can see the jumping husks position before you get there sometimes if they turn/idle (if they walk you cant see it), the hitboxes are about the same as the slashing one, obviously theres a ton of different strats depending on the category but knowing one guys position might be helpful especially if you were slow somewhere in the room
