fastest way of doing this spike pogo, make sure you hit jump at the end of the scuttle (see inputs) so that you dont fly into the spikes

You can skip the third cocoon pogo in the clawline-less mount fay route with some pretty precise and quick jumps
In order to get the highest jump height on slopes like I did, first you land on the slope, then jump without inputting any direction against the slope (or just don't input anything)
I think it can be done without an air stall, it just makes it much easier to pull off

Lineups for getting to the pinstress fight on mount fay.
Lineup 1: stand as close to the edge as possible
Lineup 2: just to the left of the tall rock in the background
Lineup 3: just shoot from where you come up out of the room
