The quickest way I've found to collect this pollip without silk(for spear). The float before the last pogo is to keep the height so you can get above the flower to pogo it-if you don't go out of that pogo high enough you'll fail to reach the pollip flower to pogo off of. Might be possible to save a bit of time with a good dash movement instead of a slower float over. Of course if you have enough silk you can just silkspear it to break in 1 hit but I usually don't.
