save .45 optimally over bottom route, but its pretty hard. if you learn this i urge you to learn the highest and lowest points you can cdash

Pre-1.2 strategy for getting the platform next to the Grub jar down from below, requires Great Slash, doesn't work with Dash or Cyclone, extremely situational but saves a bit of time for 100% TE NMG

going bottom route lines up cdash to go under the platforms, which means the durandoos activate on a better cycle, meaning you don't have to damage warp and you save 2.5 seconds
i imagine 1221 cycles get better as well but i haven't tested
