may need to go neutral briefly in the first section unless you're nearly perfect, you won't get the coyote jump
For the WCS pogo, release left before pogoing and immediately dash while pressing left after the pogo.

ive seen a lot of strats in this room but i've found this to be the comfiest and most consistent, delay the 2nd wall jump to avoid getting bonked by the mushroom, you can dash after the upslash and walljump and its the same speed, but i've found that i bounce left in the tunnel more when i do it
