Fastest (reasonable) thing I could find thats completely consistent (save for the big guy but he's always manageable)
Inv drop is tight but just go as close to the mushroom without hitting it as possible.
After grabbing the 5th essence, make sure you pogo as low as possible so that you can buffer another pogo before you fly too high.
At the end you just wanna get your dash back from the mushroom, you can pogo basically instantly after dashing into the mushroom
