Just an update post for the wcs in Ancestral Mound with a good visual cue. The easiest way to set it up is with the nail knockback inventory cancel. If the Knight's eye is mostly visible aside from the bottom right, then you are at the correct distance. Ideally the Baldur lands on the platform so you can pogo it. If he doesn't, then, with some practice, you should hopefully be able to get it within a couple tries.
5Fastest (reasonable) thing I could find thats completely consistent (save for the big guy but he's always manageable)
Inv drop is tight but just go as close to the mushroom without hitting it as possible.
After grabbing the 5th essence, make sure you pogo as low as possible so that you can buffer another pogo before you fly too high.
At the end you just wanna get your dash back from the mushroom, you can pogo basically instantly after dashing into the mushroom
1Small skip to the root that saves 1.4s - 1.6s. Avoids the bad rng with the rava which is really nice. You have to dash kinda low to get the wallcling because you can't cling where that seam is. You can cling to the upper hitbox, but it's hard to do and I end up hitting the spikes 99% of the time so I just go with the lower one. Doesn't seem to save any time if you are going for the storerooms key instead of the root. (Originally found by Jodii)
