new soul master phase 2 quick kill. doesn't require damage tanking, which is good.

setup for early control, swing 3 times after seeing the particles in the background, very lax, works even when greeded or slow, i've heard rumors that its good for cp as well, don't start off the fight with a fb as you could technically have storage if you do so
