If you're going for wingless voltpogos for whatever reason, delver's drill makes this skip for getting to voltvessels without wings really easy. You need to aim for the middle of the blockage to take damage as high as possible, but just full jumping from the left platform happens to align perfectly with that.
Edit: in order to take damage at all, you just use delver's drill once when directly under the blockage, and then use it again (or just pogo with your needle) as soon as you can

i took atlas's skip shown here (so credits to him) https://discord.com/channels/772964112908156938/1365522289143054427/1460862444145606758 and tried to adapt it for faydown cloak, and it turns out to be pretty consistent. didnt do timings at all but i think it should be faster than breaking the ceiling with normal needle swings if you can afford the damage tank. what you essentially want to do is to aim approximately for the part of the ceiling hitbox i circled in white in the first image to get the correct damage boost direction. the way i do it is i ledge jump off the left side while holding right for a split moment in the air, then at max height i double jump and hold right and most of the times i get a good damage boost. immediately after getting the damage boost i spam pogo and that should even cover the more mediocore damage boosts which give you good height but not good enough to hit the transition; you will instead pogo on the breakable ceiling to gain the height needed. ofc thats not the only way to do it as long as you hit the correct part of the ceiling hitbox. another thing is that it might also work from ledge jumping from the right side, didnt test it though In case its important, I should also mention that im on uncapped fps, which is usually like 120 fps for me first video is with hitboxes + camera follow, second video is the skip multiple times in a row.
