Found by Sublime, I don't really understand the timing or how it works, but you can just dash through this damageless. Pretty precise, don't do it unless you're okay with taking damage (should still be faster anyways)

Bonk the ceiling and then pogo dash, it's probably a bit slow but nice to not worry about the moss enemy

Some strats to increase your chances for getting the beautiful 1 cycle

adding onto this, here are some optimizations to note:
-do the last hit on the hokers as soon as possible, it makes them shoot the last set of spines sooner.
-when the first hoker does a sideways three spines attack buffering nail lines up to hit both the middle and lower left ones at once, you can see an example of it at 0:07, doesnt work if its the last hit tho. you can hit all three spines going to the left but i found that very inconsistent and if you miss it youll usually get 1 or less
-showcase of the strat on the second hoker since i dont see any post w/ it, sometimes there's some spikes on the platform right above where i silk spear, just jump again and upslash to get those, i think you can get them and silk spear w/ a single jump but idk how consistent it is
-always sideslash the hokers if you can to avoid them going up so much you cant hit the sideways spikes
-the inv opening at 0:35 wasnt accidental, seeing how many spines i need helps for greeding and imo its worth the small timeloss, tho its better to do it while waiting for the rock to explode i just forgot. you can just spam the inv button and it will be open long enough to see how many you have

you can pogo this guy with the 3rd hit to reach stuff in the ceiling if they aren't too high, this is rng

Also do this guy first instead of 3rd, they are on the way if you do them first but if you do them last you have to come all the way over from the right
