You can skip the trigger for this arena (I think it's the tall rectangle in the middle) using wings and clawline. Pogo the first background object for extra height then just double jump and clawline at the peak.

if you die on the right side of greymoor arena you can just cocoon skip over it
the middle orange rectangle is what triggers it, so if you don't touch it you don't need to fight

another one, conserves more soul for the trident rng as well (or just spear it again). noticeably harder imo
