For the skip i let the first fly get close to jump over, then i set myself in front of the spike in the background for the first two pogos, if u realize that u didnt get enough height from the first two pogos just do one more, then after the ledge grab u wait just a bit before going for two more pogos (u can also do three if needed). For the fight i just focus on the big guy first and try to get spears when the flying enemy attacks down. Also be careful when grabbing the money.
