This is the fastest you can do the arena however it is partially dependent on rng. For the last wave starting on the right there is a chance that the last stick bug backs up in which case if you're not fast enough the phacia will be too high to be able to spear. If you start on the left for the last wave the stick bug may do the spinning jump attack in which you will likely get hit trying to pogo. So right side start has better outcomes for bad rng.

counter to the final wave ring attack is to hold right, absolutely learn this to avoid getting randomly double damaged half the time, this should fully cement this strat as just better and less rng than instant pogoing
