Getting the right rock instead of the left rock is pretty well known at this point, but i don't think theres a post explaining it.
This saves around 1s to getting left geo rock + the husk. Killing the vfly starts to be inconsistent once you go below from ~200 fps, so if thats the case id recommend only going for this if you need at most 15 geo (both strats give at most 18 geo, for reference).
You can also do the dmg tank showcased in the video to make gathering the geo without getting caught by the goam more consistent. It loses around .15, but it becomes more and more necessary the worse your loads are. The reson why this works is bc the time lost rta comes from the freeze frames, but you are still getting to the rock faster in terms of goam cycles.
