Optimal abyss climb strats for Ghostbusters and Markoth%. One little mistake where the shadow creeper hits me but the rest shows what you want to be going for well. The biggest thing is the double spike pogo to skip going through the large platform and beating the shadow creeper cycle at about 23s on the timer.

WCS for leaving shade cloak without cdash, notably used in markoth%. Not too bad honestly and saves over a second so you can miss it, use the nail knockback > walk forward strat to save it and still basically break even
