Chest Pogo with Roach

oh hey, its monday, and i have a funny clip

sinners chest and roach guts combined + barbed for fun
thought this would be funny to put in a strat post because of a ledge glitch that happened

intended way is to spear both the roaches and have the other roach line up while picking up the guts
after that is one swing up while its jumping to get it on the ledge
another swing once on the left side to get past an enemy blocker
then pogo up on kill and go to the chest and grab the rosaries, then pick up the guts

maybe this is useful for someone, if i get a better way of doing this ill attach it in a thread

cycle for those with zero self preservation. saves ~0.4 on previous cycles posted here, (ignoring timesave from spearing the wall)

Slightly faster cycle for the spike ball room, works for both cloak and cloakless, also a pretty fast strat for the wall break

Go full speed over the swinging spikes. Save state attached and in line with the main list - I'd recommend practicing it a few times to get consistent or else you'll get mucked.

(also just optimal for cloak too)
Fast way of getting through this room without getting gooped, just gotta be confident on the cycle.
