You can pogo the bottom bell guy to make an epic cycle, flea brew is needed I think

Really dumb cycle skip that saves ~1 second over waiting for the last 2 cogs (not sure if someone already found this but thought I should post anyway)
You can actually go too fast and miss the vertical cog at the end, so by staying on the wall slightly after your walljumps beforehand you can set up the cycle perfectly. (also sorry I forgot to turn off 30fps recording)

1st vid will be my fastest time in this room, 2nd is with easier/safer strats, and 3rd vid is a voiceover explaining what exactly is happening with these cycles and why I can go so fast.
TL;DR, the lava pillars are proximity based, and you want to have the end of your dash trigger them.
