If you are doing lr wcs here (which you should be doing anyways) you can try to let go of left and right at the same time to end up looking right (actually i think you need to release left one frame before your release right) and this will allow you to skip the freeze frames from killing the jelly with an upslash (-0.07s). This is easier to do than it might sound, but ideally you should still be able to react to missing it and be able to back it up with the usual upslash -> buffered dash.
I also took the time to record a somewhat clean clip of the backup strat in case you miss the wcs entirely bc i dont think its easily findable.

Alternate transition wcs setup that lets you cling to left wall instead of right. Seems to save around 0.2 over the normal setup, and much easier to execute.
To get the storage, cling to the left wall before the transition and press down to uncling.
