Wiggle firebell with Shade Soul saves up to 0.6 over double reentry.
You wanna wiggle fast but not too fast, try to shade soul as close to the transition as possible so the knockback from it pushes you into the loading zone.

wiggle 3x -> dash 2x -> walk to the bit of hanging cloth -> turnaround fb -> dash out -> etc etc
for consistency you can peach it by walking a bit further at the cloth, and it'll still easily save time.
