Consistent opener for spawning the 2nd moss mother instantly with just n1 and spear.
You just jump and attack, turnaround spear, and then dash and attack once more. The important part is that these 3 hits need to be done before she smashes her head into the ceiling, as it seems she will always spawn the other mother when doing that move so long as enough damage has been taken.

3Fastest quick kill so far. Farming silk at the start is important as doing 4cs heal less with the freeze frames is really hard and you don't even lose time farming. For the right rock my visual cue is the left of the lava fall. For the left rock there isn't a good visual queue but you kinda want to be between the seam between the 2nd and third platform and the notch in the middle of the third platform.
easy consistent movement for this room
IDK if this is faster for any% but optimal if you're coming from sister splinter.
