upslashing the flower is a bit faster than waiting. couldn't make it without getting hit so i jumped into the flower to avoid the double damage but it might be possible hitless

if youre doing the flower skip you dont need the silk from this guy and can just dash from the mantle. saves ~.5

Finally a consistent flower elevator. It's much easier if you switch to 60 fps (even easier on 30 but that might get banned in the future). The version with the heal is 6 sec faster than the WR. Healless is only 0,6 sec faster than with the heal because, the actual skip is 0,4 sec slower, but it makes up that time by not gathering silk. You need 2 silk for healless if you want to do silk spear stalls. You also have the option to go for the fast healless, which does one fewer damage tank. This saves an additional 1,1 sec (so faster than WR by 7,7 sec).
1st video shows the version with a heal. And here it is 29 times in a row https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7sorUU0GJ4
2nd video shows the healless skip. Here it is 17 times in a row, including some fast skips. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=srJKYgqlY6E
3rd video shows the fast healless skip.
4th video shows the whole room, which showcases the menuing. When doing the garama skip, you have time while waiting for the flower to fly up. In that time switch to 60 fps. I use LMB and jump to do 2 presses at the same time to change the fps from "unlimited" to 30 and then to 60 immediately. There's no great spot to switch back to the normal framerate after the skip, so just do it after getting cling grip. I toggle vsync twice to switch to unlimited framerate. You have time to prepare by putting your hand on the mouse, but you might lose some time after exiting the menu, because sprinting immediately can be hard, depending on what keybinds you use. There would be a better spot when entering Bellhart, since you wait a bit before the 1st fat flying bell guy (winged furm), but doing the breakable walls at the end of the previous room is very inconsistent at 60 fps.

If you do this skip, you must have an fps display in the recording, as per the rules.

IDK if this is faster for any% but optimal if you're coming from sister splinter.

Requires 2 silk which you get on the way anyway. Use silk spears to stall in the air without consuming any silk

Update to this, Jura first posted, but sideslash works much better for the final hit. This is because of an important mechanic where you need to nail as fast as you can to avoid it from losing interest. The 2nd clip here is an example of that - a delayed nail can actually miss its agro entirely. It's important to be fast so it doesn't lose interest randomly

just a thing that should be technically possible for soul collection. but i'm skill issuing and don't have a lot of time so heres a recording of missing the second hit. just getting the pogo to hit both the flower and the neck guy seems pretty tight though and then you really want to avoid the mantle up top.
Anyways someone better can look at it but it's probably not super viable.

If you do garaman't skip and enter the room with 4 soul you will be at 3 after garama, get 2 from the flowers 2 here and 2 more from next neck extender

yea ok this is getting to be like 6ish seconds now lol

not sure who originally found this but nailing the wall can serve as a lure to this enemy, so this incorporates that. this is way faster than the garama lures, up to about 4-5 seconds with this lure, but I think it has potential to save even more. it also saves time in soul collection I think, since you only use 1. you will no longer always be on 1 silk after this skip

i like this way of doing garama skip, how many garamas you need to lure the guy is pretty rng but it can be fast and is simple, this clip saves like 4s to any% wr, mainly because avoiding the attack is fast

I just do 3 at the start, then drop down and react to the flower's position when deciding on the amount of garamas after

somewhat fast way to get the silk for the skip in #shellwood_11. You are supposed to have 2 souls after garama skip, so with 7 hits you'll have enough to heal. You can make up for missing a hit or two on the last long necked flower.

Dadison

Skip right before claw with silkspear instead of heal

mr craw skip (namlaE)

consistent 19s (from first garama to ledge grab) attack-less garama skip
if you get a slow rise then you should go further left when doing the on the ground garamas
