i use the rope on the floor to line myself up (lil triangle shaped rope and left foot right next to it - better to be slightly right of it rather then too far left)

Wait until the steam disappears from the bottom of the leftmost vent, slash twice, buffer dash, then jump+dash asap.
5Update to this cycle, the new pogo dash sprint stuff makes it a lot more lenient, think it's very worth to learn for runs
