With Organ cycle existing, Phantom silk matters now. This chalamet setup is mostly consistent for me (sometimes it just misses and I'm not 100% sure why). Need to pogo on the middle/left hand side, and delay the dash over him/do the pogo, I was kinda just doing them interchangeably but maybe one is better than the other. You don't always have to delay but I find it helps with consistency a ton. 2nd clip is no delay which is slightly faster but tighter/more prone to failing.
Overall the fastest versions tie spear and being safer loses about 0.2 to spear. It should just strictly be worth the silk for Phantom if you're fully consistent at it.
Chalamet skip can be done without room reload and saves anywhere from about 0.7-2.7s depending on the rng. Most rngs are winnable to some extent and I will be posting all the strats I believe can be used depending on each scenario. Note that not all of these are fully consistent, his drift is super difficult to read and a lot of the trick is getting a feel for the enemy's movement. There are two major branches of which skip you will be doing - agro and non agro.
Agro 2 pogo - THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT RNG TO LEARN Fastest rng by a lot. Saves 2.5s and loses the least to miss. You sometimes have to delay a bit more than others. Basically, just agro him, walk right, and try to get 2 high fast pogos on him as he's rising. Chalamet tries to stay a specific distance from you, so use it to your advantage. Clips 1 and 2 will have this.
Other agro rngs/strats -Instead of 2 pogo (especially at medium distances) you can go for a spear stall with 3-4 pogos. Both can go either direction Clips 3 and 4 show this. -When he's too far to reach with a pogo, you can dash pogo pogo, shown in Clip 5This rng is noticeably riskier than others but is extremely fast. Bailing and doing room reload isn't a bad idea either.
Non agro rngs This is kind of the wild west. He can be pretty unpredictable with his movement and some of these save under a second. Bailing is reasonable. -Clip 6: Can do the first or second version depending on his drift. Saves 1-1.5s -Clip 7: Works if very far left, basically just the room reload setup. Only saves like 0.6s -Clip 8 (CHECK THE THREAD):If he dashes into the middle super low and far right like this, I'm unsure if it's winnable. Best to bail for now. -Clip 9: Silkless alternative. If you pogo the center of his head initially then this should be pretty consistent to do, just weird bc normally you want to pogo the side of him.
There is way more to this trick than I can really post here, I highly recommend people learning and labbing this to make a thread off this post and try to come up with some better alternatives, because there is a ton to explore here.
assuming you go for evil right side spike pogo and miss it, you can backup the strat with a 3f left tap following the hazard respawn (this works regardless of facing direction). 3f specifically is required, which sounds hard, but quite distinct mechanically, so I can hit this a good 50%~ of the time. I'm aware this is still pretty unviable, working on a general setup
fun pogo after chalamet skip, uses the back of pogo hitbox to avoid running into them image is a rough lineup to aim for I don't know if this is fast but I thought it might be useful
A more consistent flea brew chalamet skip than just pogoing twice. dash pogo chalamet, go to far right and flea brew relatively late. pogo and go immediately right. dash pogo again.
Saw many top runners doing this spear chalamet skip but couldn't find any setup/visual indicator guide so decided to make my own(sorry if this already exists).
enter the transition while sprinting and keep sprinting until hornet clears this ring shaped background object after which you wanna jump (image 1).
after jumping wait until hornet does the spin midair (she turns her head around like in image 2) at which point you want to input the dash and then pogo the enemy.
after the pogo input immediately start holding right and when you reach the max height or clear this cage in the background (image 3) you want to spear towards the right.
after the spear input let go of any direction and input a pogo while only holding down and no direction. you will pogo towards the right as you will be facing that way after the spear but still pogo the enemy.
after this the enemy will move towards the left to attack and you can input a left downslash which will pogo you off the enemy and you can dash onto the cage. This setup is very consistent. I have also attached a vid of me doing the skip 10 times in a row for reference.
Found by Sublime, no cast chalamet skip. You wanna pogo the center of him. It's kinda consistent, think maybe he can be too far left sometimes. It's about the same speed as spear
Sinner's Road Skip No Heal it was more consitent for me to go for a Cayote Jump but not needed , and use the Cage in the Background as ur indication for when to silkspear
im not sure if this is already known but i figured out the logic of the silk spear version of this freaky room and here is a little guide about this skip
Not exiting the room is pretty consistent and saves about 1.5-2s, this is known but just so we have numbers on it. Also just a clip of solid movement through the room in its entirety. if youre fast enough you can bonk on that guy at the top which is why i slowed down
new chalamet pogo with bind that i found for cloakless. pogo the TOP of the hitbox at the start (as opposed to your pogo hitting the right side of the chalamet hitbox square) and align yourself with the middle of the cage when binding (so you lure the enemy in a consistent way). literally 100% consistent is so ridiculously free. cursed note: you CAN get it without the last pogo (ie: dash out of the bind to the right hand cage) and you can even get it with no bind (only once have i managed this) which both save time but rely on chalamet rng (and if you go for them ive found if you fail you often just fall as chalamet moves away)

comfy room movement to avoid the roachfeeder right above chalamet. not optimal the ledge grab at 0:08 is optimal for this movement
