momentum cancel makes this cycle much easier and more bearable than dashing onto the platform
saves .7s, massive for any%
12clawline the middle of this guy to always get 2 silk (its not rng). saves time because you only need 2 hits on the maestro afterwards. only works on release patch
9this drop is doable with a spear on the rosaries, you can barely make it before the aknid (slower loads win here)
1thanks to @74v13r that gave the idea, it does not save a cycle, but it's probably a little bit faster than going right (by nothing, but it's alternative routing and maybe a litle bit easier to do ?
It also need some fine tuning at the end
2noticed this is possible, idk if its useful but its interesting. just dash cancel 4 needles and it can push her off without a stagger
for people with bad loads
vid1 - normal people
vid2 - crazy people
Thank you Sublime for sharing this strat!
5pogo last worm and corner correct for full cycle skip with no time lost to waiting
2if youre doing the flower skip you dont need the silk from this guy and can just dash from the mantle. saves ~.5
5you can force the "fastfly" (fast beastfly where it doesnt get stuck anywhere) by doing a very small wiggle on this platform, its only a tiny movement change but its very consistent and ive been doing it for quite a while now. decided to post because i dont see anyone else doing this. saves like 1-2s but you need a low spawn so kinda rng dependant :p
6Really clean divedash on wall break to start
Up slashing these jumps cancel your momentum and save like .2-.3
a few extra dive dashes to save like .2 over wr
Not a better strat but just showing off how easy backups are for this skip. if you miss it literally just pogo again lmao
Fastest strat for this room if you dont want to pogo the projectile
cursed cycle... coyote frame abuse
optimal movement/how to cycle this room because it can be kinda annoying with the platforms
fyi this steam 0 cycle is super easy, you legit just need to do 2 dive dashes like i do in this video and then run through, the steam for some reason is fake and just doesnt do damage (similar to how you can run through organ cycles without taking damage after a certain point)
0 cycle at the end, the 3 dive dashes are important and you shouldnt go for this without them
3this seems kind of obvious but no top key runners seem to do it currently, you can do 5 pogo dashes before pogo dashing through the first two grand reeds with a 6th one and then 5 pogos into a 6th one after the downwards transition for the 3rd grand reed as well
the only tight part here is the 2nd grand reed, in my experience just ignoring its existence and pogo dashing as if that grand reed didn't exist seems to work quite well, you can also just not do it for that one or only do it if you feel you're fast in the room and it will still save time to do an extra pogo dash on the 1st and 3rd grand reed
saves like 0.45 over only doing 4 pogo dashes before each grand reed
1im not sure if this is already known but i figured out the logic of the silk spear version of this freaky room and here is a little guide about this skip
Using dash to stall in the air lets you climb this much more consistently. It's retryable, damageless, no silk needed, and faster. The only thing you have to watch out for is the pogo at the end, if you're too high for the pogo you can dunk (shown in 2nd clip)
2quick way to get 22 rosarys (found by @Rose ). lets you skip the pilgrims below lever room in moss home
30s lace 2 with barbed
optimal wormways movement, best possible time should be around 42s from enter to exit (lrt)
5seems to save like .8 to jump on top of the elevator instead of normally riding it and is relatively low risk to go for
3wormways skip that saves about 5 (possibly more) seconds, pogo twice then spear but dont spear too high or youll get knocked into spikes. after the damage tank do a pogo without moving then turn around and pogo again, looks hard is actually quite easy
possible without spear (thx @EverettM) but it makes the pogos much more lenient to mess up
