15Low FPS version of 0 fireball shade skip.
Saves around 1.7 to the normal 2 dash setup because of how far left you can do it.
Requires below 190 fps cap to be consistent.
The visual cue/setup I use is to stand in the left side of the doorframe, then wait for the shade to reach the line in the background in the attached pic. Then, minihop, 2 full jumps, and do the rest like in the clip. Keep in mind to hold down before damage tanking, as this allows you to buffer the pogo.
8adding to the above post, hitboxes shown as well as a setup that does not require baiting the shade back to the left. fulljump as soon as you land after the dash back to salubra, then start the 3 fulljumps to get the shade up as it passes the red line in the image. requires you to be fairly close to the edge of aggro range to be able to dash into the ledge. this variant saves ~4s over a good 1fb and ~7 over a 2fb. performed at 250fps on 1.4.3.2
